Lawrence & Sons was founded in 1962 by Larry
(Lawrence) Semelsberger, Lawrence & Sons
initially specialized in cartier replica new home construction. With the
economic downturn of new home construction in the late 1970s,
Larry expanded into the field of home remodeling. Over time,
he added a commercial division.
In 1998, Larry decided it was time to retire
and took the necessary steps to turn the business over
to his sons, Tim
and Todd. Growing up on job sites in the construction business
has given the sons a “hands-on” approach to their
learning curve. Currently, Tim is a licensed master plumber
and handles the hublot replica design-estimating-business end of the business.
Todd grew up in the framing and on-site excavation phase
of the business: running the backhoe and other heavy machinery.
Currently, Todd is the project manager for Lawrence & Sons
and oversees all on-site production. Larry’s oldest
son, Tom, is also in the construction business and owns and

His youngest son, Troy, is working in research at Los Alamos,
N.M.
Prior to Larry’s retirement in 1998, Larry recruited
and hired Bob Guevin as Lawrence & Sons’ new Director
of Operations. In this capacity, Bob helps Tim & Todd
with day-to-day operations of the business. Bob had previously
worked in both sales and management for Novar Corporation
for twenty years and, as Vice President, had helped run their
nineteen million dollar a year security division. In 1998,
Bob was down-sized by Novar. Larry saw this as an opportunity
for Lawrence & Sons. Larry felt that Bob’s sales
and structured fake hublot business experience… coupled with Tim
and Todd’s construction background… would be
a great fit for the business and allow Larry to step down
with peace-of-mind.
Lawrence & Sons services include all phases of residential
and commercial construction: design-build; construction of
new homes; additions; bathroom, kitchen & basement remodeling;
as well as a wide variety of other construction needs.
